The eight public schools that serve Miami Beach addresses: zones, 2024-25 enrollment and 2026 state grades, plus private schools in the city.

Last checked Oct. 9, 2026. Sources: the Miami-Dade County Public Schools school directory and Find Your Neighborhood School lookup, the federal NCES school directory for 2024-25, the Florida Department of Education’s 2026 school grades file, Miami-Dade County’s high, middle and elementary attendance boundaries and its address points, each school’s website and the NCES private school search.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools runs every traditional public school in Miami Beach; the City of Miami Beach does not run schools. Attendance zones do not follow city limits: the Miami Beach Senior High and Nautilus Middle zones stretch from Fisher Island north to Baker’s Haulover Inlet, and one elementary zone takes in Normandy Isle from a school in North Bay Village. Check any address with the district’s Find Your Neighborhood School lookup before you buy or rent. Charter and magnet schools have no zone: families apply.
