Miami Beach’s bakeries reflect the city’s mix: two French bakeries in South Beach, a Cuban-American bakery on Alton Road that never closes, and South American bakeries for empanadas and pastries on 71st Street and Collins Avenue in North Beach. Cachito and Pinecrest also serve breakfast and coffee; see our breakfast and coffee list for more morning stops.

How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap records inside Miami Beach’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, and checked each place against its own website on Oct. 10, 2026. More than 20 bakeries are in the map data; those whose sites showed the shop as coming soon or did not load, and those with no site to check, are not here yet. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to add or correct your entry.
