Miami Beach posts its legal ads on Miami-Dade County's website. Where to find city notices, bids, hearings and Florida's statewide notice site.

Last checked Oct. 9, 2026. This page is an index for convenience. It is not the official publication of any notice. The legally required notice is the one published on the official website or in the publication the notice itself names.

Public notices tell you about rezonings, new ordinances, budget hearings, bids and court sales before decisions are made. For Miami Beach they come from three places: the City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County’s legal ads website, where the city now publishes, and Florida’s statewide notice website.
